Another meal cooked in-office: roasted broccoli, Ideal Protein chips & a slice of pizza. Shoutout to my boss, who is also a dietician, for giving the employees free Ideal Protein products (that don’t sell lol)😍🥦🍕

Somehow managed to have enough time to cook the zucchini in the toaster oven at work.
What’s on the plate: extra lean beef tenderloin, roasted zucchini, and mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes are healthy-ish, right?😂
