Iam looking for a diet I can stick too and would love some feedback. I was on atkins last year and had issues because I like my artificial sugar. I was able to cut out my diet sodas but I still had several cups of coffee in the mornning along with crystal light. I would still drink my water ( which I hate) and I had problems losing. I work in a restaurant that serves only fried foods and htodogs. hamburgers and I have put on 15 recently. If anyone has any advice I sure would appreciate it.

I have talked to several people at this website about atkins, WW, body by vi and what ever diet that is around. At this point I am totally frustrated !I do great when I first start a diet then I start to yo-yo back and forth and then I give up. I have spinal stenosis and severe arthritis and excercising is difficult for me plus Excercise is hard fro me to get motivated, ok I am just lazy. I work I just cant decide which program I want to use that will work best for me. I get severe leg cramps from atkins. When I try to just eat low fat I get so sick pf just chicken.Plus I am hungry all of the time. if anyone has any sugestions on diets please contact me at cbc126@aol.com or just reply here. I am desperate!!!!

I need to find a new diet! Vi is not working for me! the shakes do not fill me up plus I like to eat solid food too much! I do ok during the day but want to eat everything in sight a night! Yesterday I did good until I came home from work I had baked chicken and broccolli but then had ice cream right before bed! ugh!

I have been doing visalus shakes and surprized I am still doing it! I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks! I keep fluctuating a few ounces here and there. I have a bad habit of snacking at night I guess from drinking fluids all day! I am eating smart snacks but just too much snacking I guess! I started originally with Atkins back in may and since then I have lost between the 2 diets 22 pounds so I guess I will stci with it and just try to curb my snacking!

Ok I have been on the shakes for 3 days I lost 2.6 but now put on a pound! I had stir-fry the last 2 days wondering if it has a lot of hidden calories? just doing shakes and fruit during the day! I really need to quit weighing myself everyday!
