yea!!!!!!!!! i finally got past 216 :) i exercised this week and followed my diet almost 100% and it worked! now that i know what i have to do I am going to do it..I WILL SUCCEED!!!!!!!!

so i did fairly well this weekend...***insert self back patting here*** i stayed pretty much on points only went over by a couple each day and got 55 min of exercise in yesterday...i did a 30 min WATP video (moderate level) and a 25 min total body sculpting video(high level..i was sweating like 3 min into it...dang squats lol)..
im proud of myself for how i am doing this week and i hope that the scale reflects its when i go to my meeting to weigh in on thursday!

ok so i ate ok but not the best way i could BUT i did exercise everyday except sunday whether it be cardio or strength..this week i will focus on my eating and betting menu planning AND continue with my strength/cardio plan! steady weight is great news this week!

well i now have my new motto for the rest of my life....I WILL SUCCEED!!! and that goes for everything especially my weight loss journy and my new beginning to my healtier life... i have been exercising and drinking more water and i really think that TOM is coming..... ( just did prego test and was neg..yea!) anyways i took a peek at the scale and it looks like i might be up a pound :( really hoping its the strength training combined with the extra water and with TOM coming up...but i dont weigh in till thursday so i am not gonna look at the scale again till then...i will get hubby to hide it if i have to lol...doing well today so far food wise...am going to get to my exercising after the kids go to bed then i can have the tv to my self....and it will be mommy time...
