Bisa jelaskan teman2. Untuk makro nya. Tertulis karbo 250 gr,protein 100 gram itu maksutnya bagaimana y? Apa kah kebutuhan total seharinya?Atau sekali makan total sekian? Thx

Sarapan pagi ini di sponsori udang goreng dan tahu bacem haha. Krn lagi musuhan sama nasi. Ada pisang rebus. Eksekusi 1 dgn ukuran sedang. Yuk lanjut aktivitas,buang kalori lg😥
