Welp, I think I over did it yesterday. End of last week I found out that I have 4 heel spurs (2 acute ones on the rear and 2 tiny ones under). Only my right foot gives me any grief, the left is just a bit of discomfort that I can usually stretch away. Since my right wasn't bothering me too much yesterday I spent a lot of time on my feet, exercising. Well, guess what today? Yup right for is killing me and walking is rather difficult. Lesson learned. I iced it but no change. so I took some Advil and stretched it. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Mama's gotta make dinner and soon! Though we may be looking at sandwiches if this pain doesn't stop.

I had a great workout today! I'm trying to figure out how to share a photo on her but am not having any luck.
Anyway, 45 minutes on a stationary bike and 25 minutes on weight machines. I feel really good! I think after my shower I might burn a few more calories and play some Wii!

This entry isn't going to be easy but I need it as reminder. Tonight my daughter wanted me to make a video with her for her YouTube channel. when I watched the video I was horrified. I'm so so overweight, so unhealthy, my face looks so bloated. I have just completely let myself go. I'm so upset with myself letting it get to this point.
But the good news is tomorrow I can start over. Tomorrow I will start my gym routine again. starting tonight nothing to drink besides water. Tomorrow calorie counting starts again. Tomorrow is the first day on the pathway to good health!
