Finally! After two weeks of flat-lining, I have finally started burning fat. Two pounds isn't much, but after two weeks, it sounds fabulous to me.
Going back to the rec tomorrow morning to encounter more circuit training with my brother. I am hoping to do this a couple to a few times a week. As soon as I get my tax return I am going to invest in a membership. I want to be ready for this warrior dash, and the only way I will be is to keep pushing myself. Billys Boot Camp has been a great start, but its nothing compared to actually having someone there to push you harder than you want to go. My goal is to be able to run a full mile within a month, WITHOUT stopping or slowing down! I have never been able to do this my entire life, so that would be a huge accomplishment for me.
Well, thats all for today folks. I have a workday and a class ahead of me, and boy do I feel great after my workout:) I got this!

Heyoooo!
I am feeling much better after my workout, who knew I would be so addicted to excersise? (no, really, who knew???) Church was canceled today, so I am enjoying my first 'real' day off in like....two years. Its been nice so far, I have been keeping busy by chekcing my Elance Profile, submitting proposals and working on my writing career. I have read all of the reading that I needed to do for my classes, although I am thinking of trying to submit some of my discussion questions in early. I LOVE school, so If I talk about it often....don't judge ;p
I have been eating pretty well today, had my daily atkins shake for breakfast, and have the rest of my chili for lunch. It tasted even better today than last night! I haven't decided what to make for dinner tonight, but I am thinking something light. I want to start this week off right, since I am starting to see AWESOME results from my workouts.
I cannot believe that my abs are finally making an appearance! I am actually looking forward to summer this year, maybe I will look good in a two peice bathing suit...you never know. Anyway, I will stop my rambling now, I am just so super happy! I hope everyone is having a great day:)

WEll, Saturdays are always a bit of a bad day for me, broke down and ate a couple donut holes. Buy hey, I have got to get into the mindset that it is okay to indulge every now and then...don't want to go crazy now do I! Did Billy Blanks AB Bootcamp for my workout, it is a little tame after ultimate boot camp, however, I don't want to strain my muscles.
I am hoping that the weather calms down here soon, the snow is driving me crazy! I just want to go out and run without my lungs freezing. I know it will help with the Warrior dash, but I just want to be able to see if I can run more than a mile without stopping. I do have about four more months to train though, so I should have some time.
Having Venison chili for dinner tonight. It is a perfect meal to make in the crockpot since I do have to work. I will be freezing when I walk in the door, so what is better than to warm up with a delicious bowl of chili mmmmmmm:) WEll, I hope everyone is having a great day!
