There is truely no words to express how I feel. All my life I have never felt like this to feel soo good, positive, happy and always in constant amazement how my body is changing, reacting and healing itself on this diet :).
I went into burlingtons today because my jeans were just falling off of me and they were a size 50, so I tried on a pair of 48's and they were too big so I'm thinking ... "GET OUT OF HERE :)". I tried on a size 46 and it fit like a glove :) and the best part it came off an almost normal size rack.
In summary of my progress so far.

Wow looking back where I started from and where I am going. OMG I have not been under 300 pounds in 10 years since back in highschool. I honestly never thought I would be able to do this and stick with it, but the results are worth and the best part is I'm not even craving any sugars, carbs or fast foods :). I started resistive burst training with weight and everything is coming along. I am very happy with the progress I am making. I figure I put years into destroying myself I can put in the effort and time into getting it back :).

I cannot explain in words how I am feeling. I can but, but there is just none :). I never thought this diet would lead to anything, but after 5 weeks and going into the 6th. I still can't believe I am down 40 pounds. I can't believe I lost 4 pant sizes. I'm shocked that I dropped 2 shirt sizes. I haven't been able to fit into this size since elementary school. I am just soo happy that something is finally working and I am satisfied with my food choices.

This has probably been one of the most challenging weeks. Everyone is bringing in apple pies and ordering pizza's in good will of the holiday season and rewarding us for good work. After 4 weeks of having no processed foods. I gave into a piece of pizza, wow was I ever sorry I did that LOL. I definetly paid the price, but then again lost 2 pounds, so I guess it was a win/win. I am definetly getting used to this diet and the food selections that are available. I am going to be posting a chicken recipe I made this week that is very healthy, good for you and can be used in virtually anything without adding any extra flavoring to other foods.

10/08/08 - still having urges to just go out and get chinese food. It's not even the food is the sauce they put on the chicken LOL. Trying to stick with the diet is a daily challenge, but if you have a goal and have the support of friends, family and surprisingly co-workers. Then trying to make the daily challenge is worth it having other people wanting you to succeed :). Even though there are still are days where I just want to attack someone for a potatoe chip or french fry when they eat it in front of me LOL :).
