So - my 3rd night since starting LA was last night, and I totally gave in to a craving for Jelly Belly Beans and I had some twizzlers - ugh - I feel very very bad about it... Guess I will have to do some extra activity this weekend and hope it balances out. I don't know why I couldn't just say no. The craving was stronger than my will I guess. I figure if I journal about it, maybe it will make me remember the NEXT time I think I will give in... (bad girl)

WOWSA!!! I started 2 days ago, my official LA weight on Wed was 194.6 and today... 187.6. I didn't even do Take Off!!! I am so happy. I assume it was alot of water weight I lost... besides the fact that I totally gorged myself the night before I did my "restart" - but 7 lbs!! Woot Woot

So, here I am again, just joined LA as a "restart" today. I was put on medical hold last Feb because I was pregnant. I gave birth to twin girls Sept 25th, and just rejoined. I was very sucessful the first go around, lost 75 lbs. This go around, I only need to lose 45.
I am very excited and very determined to make this work again. I am really typing this because I am craving doritos SO bad right now, I am trying to keep my mind off of it! lol
Here we go!!! To a new adventure in weight loss!! To staying motivated and sticking with it!!
