L'anno scorso riuscii a perdere 10 kg, ripresi tutti (e anche di più) in poco meno di 6 mesi.

Questo Yo-Yo dieting mi ha un po' distrutto psicologicamente, ma ora ho ripreso ad allenarmi e a mangiare meno.

da 84 kg, sono riuscito ad arrivare a 81.5. Il mio primo obiettivo è arrivare a 75 kg. Il mio secondo arrivare a 70 (un peso che avevo tanti anni fa e che vorrei riraggiungere).

Voglio farcela. Posso farcela. Devo farcela!
