Excellent. Lost 1 lb. Started an exercise program, so I'm going to focus more on that and less on my weight. I'll still be taking measurements and weekly weigh ins to see how I'm doing, but I wont obsess over it to much. :)

alright.. I gain 4 lbs then loose 1 lb then gain 3 then loose 3 I dunno whats going on lol

Was on vacation, didn't eat badly or to much but did a ton of walking everywhere. I'm hoping its muscle, because I look skinnier
