Homemade chicken satay
marinate chicken in 3 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp of honey, chilli flakes, garlic & ginger for 3 hours. (Set aside 2 tbsp of marinade for sauce and cook in coconut milk) served with fresh coriander, red chilli & veg
