Worked up the courage to weigh myself so I could begin on fatsecret. The past few days have been good and I have never had over 1000 calories. My diet plan is to keep it that way and exercise almost every day. My goal will be 125 and lower if my body will let me.

Getting enough protein is so hard. I should be getting around 75 grams per day considering my exercise level. I'm getting like 30. Not good. I'm considering not being a vegetarian for soccer season. But I don't know. I just don't like meat very much. I just don't want to get injured or be to weak to play soccer.

In vermont. I don't have wifi most of the time so i've been recording everything that would normally be one here in a little notebook. But I haven't been doing so great. Yesterday was awful. I snacked way too much. But today is a new day and I'm doing much better. I feel fatter though. :( That will change. I plan on doing some swimming this afternoon. Its so handy to have the lake RIGHT THERE. I literally walk down a path from my cabin and the lake is right there. Its so nice.
well time to record my daily food. I wont have wifi to record my dinner. But this way i can see how much more i should have today

Just had an excellent workout at the gym. Now I'm hungry but I don't want to eat too much. I recently discovered that we have a scale for food in our kitchen! So I will definitely be using that to check the exact amount of food I'm consuming. For lunch i'm considering half a sandwich (1 slice of bread, lettuce, cheese, avocado, mayo) and a hard boiled egg. Then I'll wait and see how I feel. If I'm still starving I'll make myself a salad. I'm angry at myself for gaining, I feel like a whale. The pounds WILL come off. I am in control.

Damn, I gained. :( This sucks. I've just been eating too much. I haven't been eating much sugary food, but my portion sizes are too big now that my exercise has gone down. I'm actually considering just taking my scale on vacation. I think I will. It will motivate me.
I drank soo much water yesterday. Probably around 10 glasses. It was awful. I had to pee like every 30 minutes. So annoying. I will definitely not repeat that today, especially because i'm going to be on an airplane all night.
