今天開始生酮飲食第一天,沒想到竟然一次降0.7😱,雖然有爬文限醣和生酮飲食知道醣類才會讓身體合成脂肪,但我還是有點怕怕的以為吃下一大堆肥肉會胖,但體重竟然掉的這麼快,之前一個禮拜我是用限醣,前兩天真的是適應期,好無力疲倦,後來好像知道是因為身體在排除多餘的水會把電解質也一起排掉,吃一些些鹽巴喝水就會好很多,在後期限醣有時後有吃一滴滴澱粉有時後沒吃,發現好像不會對澱粉及醣類像以前那麼執著了,於是乎我就開始了生酮之路😁😁😁,今天再給自己一點挑戰加上間接性斷食,沒吃早餐,只吃了午餐,晚餐也沒吃,生酮是餓了就吃不餓不吃,如果還沒那麼餓但因為以前的時間觀念說現在該吃正餐而吃了的話,就又會促進胰島素分泌讓血糖上升。阿,還有我弄懂了適量的蛋白質該怎麼吃了,之前因為不能吃太多醣類而拼命補充蛋白質,殊不知過量蛋白質也能讓身體的胰島素分泌進而分解成葡萄糖最後合成脂肪,但重點在過量,吃適量的就不會了😁才一天而已感想怎麼那麼多😂😂
