Did really well today. Worked hard, no gym today though. Oh well, I have a lot of running around to do over the next two days so that should help.

Did well today, went to water aerobics for the first time in nearly a year (since MVA). Felt good, I think it will really help my shoulder gain it's movement back.

Did fairly well today. One exception is that I had 1 reduced fat Hewbrew Frank. Couldn't help it, I was so hungry. Other than that I did really good.

Did excellent today, stayed on track. I am hungry tonight, though, I know I have enough strength to fight off hunger. I know I can, I know I can, yes I can.

Well I took the day off, Superbowl and all. Didn't do too bad, except the beer, but even then I only had three. Ate lots of veggies and then turkey nachos (I made myself with all fresh ingredients, except the cheese and chips) By the way, what a game, Go giants. I am not counting calories tonight, but am going to start Phase I beginning tomorrow morning. I know with all the support from you guys I can do it. My goal is to at stay solid on Phase I for the rest of the month (except I need 1 cup of coffee in the mornings). I know I can do it.
