Did ok today, walked at lunch for 30 min. 1 1/2 miles and did water aerobics after work for 1 hour. Ate pretty well.

Ok, back on track, well mostly. Feel better, went swimming yesterday, but didn't log in anything yesterday. Went walking today at lunch for 1/2 hour. So I feel pretty good.

After yesterday's weigh in I was depressed so I went out and ate whatever I wanted to for a day. I went to Applebees and ate chicken penne pasta. It was good too. I have now come back to reality and on track again. I must try harder, I don't know what happened last week. I am not sure I like the FS diet over the extreme. With the extreme it gives more structure to follow and a menu. All I have to do now is find my book. I know it is here somewhere. Maybe that will help.

Followed diet reasonably till last night when my hubby and i went to dinner, even then I ate broiled chicken, with bacon, cheese and tomatoes, and only ate the veggies, not the mashed potatoes. Oh well, what can I say :(
