OK so I am the same weight a week later....BUT I feel better and my jeans fit better - so all is good.
I don't know if it is the coconut oil that I have been having every morning for the last month...but my skin feels amazingly soft - I have never really had soft skin so it is quite a pleasant surprise and will definitely continue with the coconut oil.
I am off to London tomorrow to spend the day with Byron. We'll go to Oxford Street in the morning for some retail therapy. I have booked a Dim Sum Afternoon Tea - a Chinese twist on an English Afternoon Tea, instead of the usual little tea cakes and scones it is things like wasabi prawns, scallop rolls, crispy chicken, a selection of dim sum all washed down with a glass of champagne....sounds like my idea of heaven. Then we have the Alexander McQueen exhibition later in the afternoon. Depending on times I might stay there for dinner and then train back....it will involve lots of walking so won't have any guilt :)

I didn't exercise last night because I donated blood.....I should be ok to go tonight.
Both me and hubby having Misfits is helping us get back into exercise...a little healthy competition is always a good thing. So funny I even cycled yesterday morning knowing I wouldn't be able to exercise last night and my hubby was miffed he was behind me...swear he is running around in circles when he goes to the loo just to stay ahead of me ha ha
I can't believe this is a short week...why do four day weeks feel like six days????
