Hi All,
Everything went well today. I made veggie chilli so I was prepared and have not over eaten. I plan on riding my stationary bike later.

Today went well as far as eating and exercise goes. I have not had any cravings, but I am tired though. I guess I am coming down off my late night yesterday. I am going to cook some vegetarian chilli to eat tommorow. I volunteer tutoring students in reading and math on tommorow so I will take a thermos of chilli with me. When I stay busy I eat a lot less. The children give me something else to focus on besides eating. Everyone can probably tell I am rambling. I will sign off now and start cooking. Catch you later!

Overall today was pretty good or should I say yesterday because it is a little after 2 a.m. and I cannot sleep!!! Has any one else had difficulty sleeping. On Wednesday I felt sluggish, today I have too much energy. My class went well, I did not have any desire to eat from the vending machine despite it being directly across the hallway in plain sight. I love having something to do to keep my mind off of eating. School does it for me. I am almost finished and I would like to lose weight before I start teaching so I will have the energy I need to interact with my students. I do not want to be one of those teachers who sit in a desk all day and have my students come to me. I have one year before I start teaching and about 8 months before I student teach. I cannot wait I am a little nervous, but I am prepared. I hope to take the nervous energy and make positive changes instead of poor choices that got me where I am today. I did lose some weight since I started the extreme fat smash, but I do not want to post it until next week. The weekends are the hardest times for me to stick with my diet. I am so busy and tempt easily on Saturday and Sunday. Another thing is my husband wants to go out for lunch. He is active where as I am not so I cannot afford to break my plan, so far this week he has been working late and it has not been an issue. He is supportive of me and has never degraded me about my weight. I have ranted long enough so I will close now. Thanks to everyone for lending me your ears. You have been a great help because instead of wanting to eat I have an outlet to release my emotions and get positive feedback and support.

Today has been going well so far. I had a delicious eggbeaters veggie omlette for breakfast, grapes for snack, and blackbean soup for lunch. I plan on having a protien shake for dinner when I get home from class. I rode my stationary bike for 20 minutes and my eliiptical machine for 30 minutes. Working out in the morning gave me alot of energy, but now I feel like I am crashing. I plan on going to sleep early tonight.

I made it through the first day with few problems. The only hard part of the day was a slight headache and feeling a bit sluggish. I ate well with no cravings. I even passed by the candy aisle at Wal-Mart and did not buy a thing. I rode my exercise bike for thirty minutes.
