I have been sick this week with a cold. No weight has been lost this week because I've been eating more comfort foods than normal. Hopefully next week I'll be better and back on track. Oh well, two steps forward, one step back.

Thanks everyone for your encouraging comments! It makes me feels normal :) ...especially since I gained a little this week although that could just be the couple of glasses of water I just drank.

...the scales can be soooo deceiving.

This week I PROMISE to go to the gym three times - I'll do 20 mins cardio plus my weights program. Hopefully I will start seeing more results soon - YAY!
