I have been consuming too much sodium. It's super hot hot HOT here and I cannot get myself to focus on the exercising I need to do. I am just trying to keep going. I think my additional weight is really water weight and that I am about to have a . :-(

Gotta get back on track after 2 vacations, not recording and not entering in journal I was way off track. I have to learn to stay focused and at least if nothing else to record my intake.

I have been off the ball but I started walking again for the last two days and trying to get back on track with my eating. No more excuses when you don't do what you know needs to be done they come back on :-(
