I had another bad day yesterday but in the end it was worth it!! It just sucks that the scale number didn't go down this week, but it only went up by half a pound and I know it's not fat!

Yesterday was the first time I had eaten under 1500 calories. Not good seeing as I walked 2 and a half miles and with my current size I've been forcing myself to eat over 1600 calories.

BUUUUUT... It's actually nice to know that I can eat so few calories and not be hungry. When I finally get to the point when I need to eat that many calories I'm so game!!
