Another bad weekend. Didn't track, ate what I saw - no wonder the scale went up.

Started day out wrong and went down hill from there - tooooooooooooo many carbs

Started laps around casino parking lot. 2 laps equals 1 mile. During the summer I was up to 2 miles per day. But cold weather and windy conditions have cut me back to 1 mile. I'll just keep plodding along.
At least it's better than sitting in my desk chair all day.

No movement on the scale -guess that's OK. Really would like it to budge - but can't get everything I want.

Heard from my son, we have a place to stay in NY, now just waiting for Texas
