Totally off day. Coworkers brought in birthday cake and then went out for pizza with in-laws. Didn't eat that much of either but they still add up way to quickly, also didn't get all my exercise in for the day. Funny how much you start to enjoy the workout that when it's messed with it's annoying.

I guess this will be my day off, Plan on going to dinner w/hubby and no kids(what a treat!). Will have to be at work late tonight so I can't make it the rec center.

Plan on getting more active once the weather settles down around here, the last few days we looked like the red planet around here there was so much dirt in the air from the wind. It will be nice to get outside and so some gardening. The gym just gets a little old once in a while!

Today I ate more junk than I have in a month, did'nt taste that great.
Spent the day hiking at Natural bridges, did a 1.9 mile hike with elev. change of 1500 feet, that will make you realize how out of shape you are. Felt great that I accomplished it(after I could breathe again!).
