Okay so it doesn't look like much of a loss from my last weigh in (has it really been two weeks since I've been here?!) but I've been kind of "stuck" between 177 and 179, up down up down up down. Finally, I seem to have broken through that! This is officially the smallest I've ever been in my adult life and let me tell you, I am thrilled!

I am not going to record my weight today because I really don't want to get into recording more than twice per week but if the number I saw on the scale this morning is what (or even close to) the number I'll see this weekend, I can't wait! I may be able to announce my weight as 178.something down for the first time in years!
I sure hope so. I haven't been 100% on plan, I admit, but I have been eating pretty darn well and I've definitely been working my butt off in the exercising department. I deserve that 178!

I feel better the last couple of days. The last two days I've weighed in at 179 even and 179.2lbs and I know where that .2 came from as we got some potato wedges from the deli yesterday and instead of having a couple with my chicken and cottage cheese, I had way too many. But whatever, moving on. I'm just happy to be back in the 179 range. I think that 180.5lbs I got this weekend was justr a fluctuation. This is why I like to weigh everyday, even if I only record my weight once or twice a week, so those fluctuations don't catch me off guard. If I weighed in only once a week and saw that, I would have been a lot more upset than I was. I still hated seeing the number and having to record it but I knew it would go away.
I am a bit frustrated though. My lowest adult weight is only a couple of pounds away and I am so anxious to get there and then under it. I also wanted to get to 175 before the end of August. Not sure if that's going to happen now but I'm going to keep trying.
