Here's what I found out... Working out, which is new to this body during this woe has made me hold on like crazy to water. As my scale has taken a dip UP... I chose to measure my self and discovered it don't really matter NOW at this point what the scale says when I have lost inches again,, 5 more in 2 weeks time .. so TAKE THAT SCALE!!! :)

THis has been a easy plan to follow, I am how ever starting to focus on more than just the scale.. took measurement's and found that I am GETTING SMALLER!!!! For the inches to come off and the scale show only small increments is goin to be my new focus.. I finally feel my head is back in this game! Been long over due, pretty much thru life and depression I gave up a whole year of my progress, and even though the scale went up, it was no where as bad as it could have been.. I am Back to my happy place and now I know I will reach new numbers I have NEVER saw before!!! I have been Blessed..
