I have cut out chips and processed foods and started eating more meat, veg and complex carbs. For me that's resulted in a weight gain but body is looking much better. I do believe there is healthy weight and unhealthy weight.
I only eat cheese 4 times a week, and chocolate with nuts in small amounts. I do however drink more fruit juices and cola, which I'm looking to change now.

Losing 0.0 kg a Week

I eat high glycemic fruit about 1-2 per week. The rest of the time only frozen berries. I still eat yogurt and butter but no more milk, cream, cream cheese and very rarely eat cheese.
I am getting less hungry as now the weather is good and I've been biking, jogging and hiking about 4-5 times a week. Usually I am outside for 2 hours at a time but today I cycled past the city limits!! There are so many hills so I guess this counts as interval training. I also walk everywhere. Haven't noticed the loss yet, but I am patient and using measurement tape this time.
Been reading that high cortisol makes you gain in your trunk so now I only drink one coffee per day, no milk, just soy milk, no sugar. Taking Vit C supplements , Chlorella and Spirulina
Bioflavonoids and vitamin C have a role to play in supporting the health of the adrenal glands. As a matter of fact, it is depleted from the adrenal glands upon the secretion of corticosteroids. It also helps to increase corticosteroid production and decreases the body’s sensitivity to the antigen.
I am wondering if I only gained weight due to stress in my life and lack of movement, diet didn't play such a role since I've been eating healthy since I was a kid. Could stress be a major cause of weight gain? I know some people lose weight when stressed. Hmm
Also have to say going dairy free does wonders for your digestion and skin! No bloating anymore!

Have increased Dairy (cream, cheese, cream cheesse , milk) since following a sugar free diet.
The result: eczema on my hands, small patch at first but spreading.
So now, in addition to going sugar free 5 days a week, I am going Dairy free for the next month.
Saying goodbye to mozerella and cheese will be hardest. I've enjoyed Almond milk in my coffee though.
And yoghurt and cottage cheese are aparently alright to eat since the lactose is broken down.
Obviously, this means no more cheesecake on my cheat days. No more chocolate, no more chocolate milk or lattes😢
No more pizza, no more mozerella or feta in my salad, no more creamy desserts or baked goods with butter.
