早:鹹蛋金沙貝果➕自製蛋沙拉➕一杯無糖豆漿
午:🈵️盤菜(下午兩點就2了🤣❤️❤️
晚:披薩市瑪格麗特配上雞胸肉和自製蛋沙拉➕些許綜合堅果🤤🤤希望晚點肚子抗議😌😌

吃了丹麥芋泥起司吐司*2(╯﹏╰)
一早熱量就破錶🤪🤪
午餐就跳過( ̀⌄ ́)
下午吃了一顆芭樂、木瓜(; ̄ェ ̄)
晚餐接著吃鐵板燒...內容就不細說🤦♀️🤦♀️(;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)
這樣下去體重直直上⬆️囧rz
