Weighed myself in the morning so im going to stick with that from now on. I also finally bought myself a scale for the house! No more weighing myself at work on the dog scales :) Also trying to eat more and more veggies. Im aiming for 50% of my dinner to be all fresh/steamed/roasted veggies with no added fats.
