I do 100 floors (1600 steps) in 20 minutes. After that I cool down for 4 minutes. This cardio really gets the endorphins going!

As time moves, we inevitably change. Yet our minds manage to hold a piece of an image cut out from our lives to motivate us to be better, to be our best. There isn’t much to do about the things I’ve seen that have made my eyes older, but I still feel the strength of my youth calling from a picture taken of me from years ago. These things tend to be like moods that reveal themselves in one moment then quietly pass away in another.. I want this strength of my youth to overlay the efforts of my physical goals. I’m motivated to be healthy, to be strong, to better.

I hope that everyone is enjoying their 4th! I kept the grill going again today. I like it out there. There’s something about that fire and cooking tasty food that makes me feel right at home.
