K so last week I only did the TurboFire 2 times....had a daughter who was sick so this week (week 3) Im starting over fresh. Its kicking my butt and Im not able to do the full routine but Im doing more than half sometimes. Ill get there and Im proud of myself for sticking to it.

Last week me and my mom started using "TurboFire" as our daily workout routine. So Far we love it, and just in 3 days I lost almost 5 lbs. I have REALLY been watching what I eat, drinking water (no soda) and really trying to do as much of the workout as I possibly can. We LOVE it!

Ok Im going to TRY to make better choices....BUT I have to do it a little at a time. I can totally work on the food...maybe even cutting out my soda intake...but I am going to enjoy an energy drink for today since it was bought for me yesterday. After I drink this....Im going to drink water for the rest of the day.
