I didn't do yoga this morning...I slept in a little...then I got up and made breakfast and walked the dog. I think I'm going to take today as a rest day...I'll walk the dog again tonight...but, that's about all. My muscles are sore...and my time of month is coming on...so, I feel the need to rest. I'm still right on target for the diet...until tomorrow...

Woke early again to do yoga...a new dvd...didn't like it as much...more like palletes (sp?)...I will walk the dog tonight with my neighbor/friend...it's nice to have a walking buddy...and the dogs LOVE each other...
I couldn't resist weighing myself this morning...I didn't want to put it down just yet...but, I was happy with the weight...a couple of more days left before I officially weigh in...I should be down below my initial weigh-in (guess)...that will make me motivated and HAPPPY!

went to yoga class last night...woke up early to do yoga this morning...not doing anything but walking the dog tonight. I want to do my yoga dvd's in the morning to free up more time at night...I hate that all I do is work, work, work...I need some fun time...and exercise in the morning should jump start my metabolism...or so I've been told.
Today is a great day to loose weight!

It's a new day...and this morning, I put on my jeans for work (yes, I get to wear jeans to work...it's great) and I noticed they are getting a little loose. Although I don't notice anything in the mirror, I'm starting to feel lighter. Hopefully, I'll be back at the "starting" weight this weekend. Last night I made Kung Pao Chicken with tofu, recipe from the Stir it up cook book (WW). It was great. I made extra sauce because I lost points with the tofu and it's a low point meal anyway. LOVE IT!

Okay...I didn't really gain any weight...I just didn't weigh myself when I started and I took a guess. I WAS hoping my guess would be high and it would look like I dropped some lbs...but, not the case! Oh well, I'm starting now...hopefully I will lose at next weigh in and I'll be lower than my initial guess. Can't wait.
