Typical 3 pt breakfast. 1pt snack.
Lunch = 6pts
1pt snack + 2pts
Dinner probably 8 to 10
Total = 23ish pts
Finally tried the poor man's cinnamon apples... amazing! and easy!

definitely getting better. scale still said 142/143 but i feel like it should be 140 so i hoping i'll see a drop soon. def hitting the gym again tonight.

Ok, well the scale says 143 yuck, the weekends are always the hardest. I lose weight during the week then throw it out the window on the weekends. I need to maintain my discipline if i'm ever going to get there.

Breakfast and Snack = 6pts
Lunch = 6 Pts
Dinner = 12 pts
Total = 24 pts
Cookies were 2 so about 26 pts total. Overall still better then before but i need to buckel down more.
Not to bad so far. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow, ate like crap over the weekend but not often so i have no idea what happened.
