Went to nutritionist today (from the groupon) she said I lost a pound...if I would have weighed in a week ago it would have been a couple more...but all things considered I am surprised it's even a pound. Got back and guess what...deep dish pizza from an awesome pizzeria in the kitchen...so of course I take a slice (it's like 540 calories for each slice with it damn delicious butter crust). Anything else I may have resisted but I have been craving deep dish pizza for like a month! Technically assuming I don't go back for another slice that only puts me about 150 calories over where I want to be today (not good but acceptable)...I am just really hoping that when I get back to the kitchen it will all be gone!.

Really pissed at myself about this weekend. For 2 days straight I overate so much that my stomach hurt...Uggh I gave in to every craving and just brushed it off. in The end all the hard work of the last 2 weeks has been wiped out...I feel like an idiot.

Yum, for lunch today I had a cup of plain greek yogurt mixed with tuvia, half a mango, half a banana and quarter cup of cheerios...tasted great. One thing I have been thinking about is loosing weight, which I have not been doing too much of. Mostly because while I tend to stay pretty good during the week, I totally slip on the weekends, like this weekend I promised my boyfriend we were going to the affy tapple factory store to get caramel apples and truffles using the living social coupon....man I need to control the weekeneds and I am sure the weight would drop
