So at 9:30 am I had 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter and slices bananas on them. I was worried about the calories but decided to give it a go anyway. it's now past 4 pm and I'm still not hungry! I am shook!
I am grabbing something to eat within the next 30 minutes because I'm going to go workout in an hour or so and don't want to be starving after my workout, but if I wasn't I wouldn't bother to eat yet.
Protein for the win!!

How often do you do weigh-ins? is been 4 days and I kind of want to weigh myself but at the same time I kind of want to wait till I get to a week.

My feet are feeling 100% better today. Yay! went 86 calories over my 1300 limit today so I'm going to go a bit longer on the stationary bike.
I want to do my measurements tonight. I think once a week measurements along with the one a week weigh-ins will help me stay motivated. I want to do them on different days, maybe like 3-4 days apart so I'm getting feedback twice a week.
