Well how is all the Atkins people this morning? I really feel like I over ate yesterday even though I stayed in my range. So I have to eat less today.

Good morning Atkins people!!! I just weighed this morning the scale must have been in a really good mood. I weighed in at 188.5. "YEA" me. I am sure it is water weight, but it sure did look good.

I am 54 I have never weighed this much. I have gained 40lbs since my mom passed away in 2005. I retired in 2008 after finding out I have Heart and Kidney Disease. My 5 year old granddaughter lives with us and that is very hectic at times although it brings me so much joy. I need to lose this weight not only for my health, but also so I can feel better about myself. I hope you will all pray for me in this battle.
