Still follow WW plan but the new plan is great, much more flexible, you get dinged when you eat items with sugar or sat fat in it. I chose potatoes & avocadoes as my free foods.

Finally things are starting to move in the right direction. Tracking REALLY helps. I look at those almonds & think, nope, don't wanna have to track that!
Also, back to eating large bfst, large lunch, small dinner (and doing it by 5pm) Makes a huge diff for me.

Well, I now have my "coronakilo" PLUS! I think I am cooking too much, eating too much, snacking...
PLUS, am not happy with Weight Watchers because they bought out Arizona WW & now I am having probs connecting with a new group. BooHoo!
OK, enough whining. Making oatbran muffins today (gf of course, using erythritol vs sugar). Gonna make WW vegetable soup...mostly cabbage. Love it & could eat it every day. Maybe I should!
