I am feeling great. I was a bit disappointed that the lady giving the chisel class this morning was not my regular drill Sargent. This lady was "too easy" on me. If I am waking up at 5 am for excersive, you better bring it!
I brought my food to work and I have my fruit and vegetables to snack on. So food should not be a problem for today.
I am liking more and more to do cardio in the elliptical. At first, I kept thinking how boring I'd be repeating the same motion for 30 minutes, but now I feel a bit of rush when I beat my own time and calories burned. It is like my own little game!

Today its feels like the first day. The weekend was slow and a step back IMO. Specially Saturday. Sunday I went back to the gym and expect to do the same today.
I think Saturday was hard because I kept thinking it was my day off and you know how terrible that can be. "well, I am going to have ice cream with whipped cream for lunch and dinner. It is my day off". "I am not going to the gym today. It is my day off!". It really sets my back because then it is so much harder to get back in line. But I am back and i am trying to eat healthy and exercise. I've been doing cardio, weight lifting, yoga and my crunches (i did not do crunches Saturday =(.
I weighted myself this morning and I still was 155. So I guess that's something.

So far so good! I woke up so hungry today. I was rushing out of the door so I did not get a chance to prepare my breakfast. As I result i stopped in DD. I really hate doing that. It's the parking, waiting in line, waiting for your order, spending money on things I have at home, spending and eating things that I now are not good for me. When I enter my food journal, I also feel so guilty when I see all the calories I've consume on the first 3 hours of my day. From there, it is just a drag trying to be good with lunch, dinner and snacks to make up for my huge breakfast.
Anyways, I am feeling much better on the physical side. my muscles are not as sore and I feel "strong". I feel like my muscles are growing and toning. I don't know how to explain it. I plan to do my 100 crunches, yoga and 30 minutes in the elliptical after work.
I promised myself that I would not step on the scale until Monday, to start the week. I hope that I at least maintained the 5 pounds off.
