my horse was better this am. I feel better when he is well. No change in my weight. I am going to try not to worry about it any more today. tomorrow is tomorrow. May a change for the good will happen then.

I don't know if I can do this. Weight is terrible. Deprivation is too much. Very angry about not losing any weight despite doing without.

looks like this may not be working... weight staying about the same. have not gone over on carbs once and only drink one cup of black coffee in am and all and then some of the required water. my measurements are the same. what am I doing wrong? this is my second week of atkins.

well, slipped last night. Horse was colicky. Gave him Banamine and came in and ate 3 tablespoons of peanut butter. worried about the horse. This am was still kinda puny and he had not drank any water or eaten anything. watched him most of the day and he was better this evening. Hope he is over this. Will check on him a little later. Missed lunch today. Will eat salmon and cheesy cauliflower for dinner. Looking forward to it!
