weight training today & half hr of cardio!

whew! I did ALOT today...i did some strength training...i went swimming...housework....washed my car...& last but not least kickboxing! so I treated myself to an extra-long chili cheese coney from sonic for dinner lol (i did NOT go over my 2000 cal limit ppl) now im curled up in bed with a late night snack (100 calorie pack of shortbread cookies) im feeling very relaxed :-)

well since I'm on vacation this week & decided not to go anywhere, I chose to double up on my workouts! one class in the morning and another class at night. today I took a athletic training class for an hour then went swimming after that! I feel wonderful, and the icing on the cake is I weighed myself and I'm finally out of the 190's weighing in at 189.4...sooooo proud of myself.

09:55 p.m - just made it to my desk at work, this is dinner time for me so i'm about to eat my lean cuisine frozen dinner! i am so whooped....i did a weight lifting class today for an hour and (stacy) almost KILLED us...but it was all worth it! no pain no gain right? :) my nosey ass weighed myself AGAIN today and i gained a pound? i was 191.3 yesterday & 192.2 today...maybe it was all the water i drunk? i did kind of go over my 1500 calorie limit though... *shrug* who knows but i'm not weighing myself again until Monday when i actually start my diet.
