Upper body lunch workout today:
butterfly, woodchop, lat pulldowns, bicep curls, bosu ball/medicine ball triceps (idk what to call that haha) superset with plate shoulder raises, incline tricep extensions, and bench row.
Have a date tonight so will probably cheat a little at dinner - crab cakes with remoulade, ahi tartare, and 2 glasses of Cab. Plus going dancing afterward so more alcohol. Eating light during the day to make up. At least dancing will burn some calories ;)
....AND we had chocolate cake, FML. But I called it exactly on the rest - crab cakes, tartare, and 2 glasses of cab.
