My favorite day of the week! I love Sunday! I try not to do anything but rest.
Saturday nights, we go to our daughter's home for dinner. We had a baked potato bar and it was really good and a nice break. I am so glad that one of our children has come back "home" and we can experience each other as adults and spend time with our grandchildren while they are younger.
My weight is really fluctuating. I have been eating more than I should and it is shows. Mostly sweets, which is my downfall. I had 2 blueberry muffins this morning with some butter and all fruit jelly. Tonight, I am planning a Mediterranean soup to get back on plan. I may add a treat to my plan so I don't feel so deprived.
Tomorrow, I hope to get to the gym to take a swim class and walk the treadmill. I would like to be able to do 5000 steps a day so I can gain rewards from my insurance. I need 10 days in the month, so it is a good goal for me.
I need to record my food day again. That was really helping me stay on point.
So, it is time for me to get serious again.

It's been a crazy week. It can't decide if it wants to be 63 (today) or -3 (Monday).
I weighed-in today at 178.8. I have gone up and down 3 pounds this week. What a ride!
No gym yet. Too cold or too tired or too lazy ... Ready to start next week though.
Food has gone well. Last night I made White bean soup. Very good recipe. Most mornings were oatmeal with bananas and raspberries. I put a teaspoon of triple seeds: chia, flax and hemp and a Brazil nut. Lots of cinnamon. I am planning overnight oats for next week and some chia pudding.
Tomorrow is daughter and family dinner. Supposed to be baked potato bar, yum!
SIL makes homemade bread and he is going to make me some whole wheat bread.
