Llevo 12 días sin comer carne. Si bien no es por un tema de bajar de peso sino porque tomé conciencia del daño que hace al cuerpo humano y al medio ambiente.
Me siento mucho mejor, con más energías y mucha motivación a seguir. Consumiendo en gran parte verduras y frutas para sentirme más fuerte y con ánimos de seguir.
No es una tarea fácil ya que la cultura de la carne está muy presente en mi casa, no vivo sola, y hay todo tipo de carnes en la heladera 24/7 pero es cuestión de tener autocontrol
