So I gained...ordering out 3 nights at work this week...that might be the problem. I also made exercise a priority...and I tend to gain when I first move again. 5 days this week...I moved 7.5 miles! So I'm pretty proud of that. This coming week my goal is moving 10 miles (I'm working back up to an hour on the arc trainer) and making the date with my trainer. This past week I didn't make it to him- the dates were just after really hard nights at work.
On a positive note, I really love the new gym so much more than the old one! And the closer version of the new one opens on March 4th!!! And I won't have to go out of my way on my way home from work!!!

So I slept the clock around today- went to bed at 0330, woke up at 1700. And now I'm at work and debating on stepping on the scale. I've made the committment to go back to a weight watchers meeting next week. I've promised myself, my SOs, and well..myself. and everyone needs to hold me to it.
I gave in and had chick fil a tonight- I had to eat something with the 47000 pills I've started taking daily. It's a plan by Eric (a long story, but he's my SO and lives in Dallas- I'm in Kansas) who takes 37 pills in the morning (all supplements) and 22 pills at night. So I told him to pick out what he thinks I need...and...well..he did. And mailed them. So yes, I'm now taking like 22 pills when I wake up in the evening- I googled them, and I agree with most of them. But it's because I didn't wake up early and cook something extra to bring in. tomorrow night Harrison has agreed to cook for me and bring it to work. We shall see.
I'm still under by my points at the moment. I need to actually go look and see how many I get on weight watchers right now...I want to say it's around 40, and as long as I stay there and exercise...I should lose.
Gym in the morning, can't wait...38 minutes = goal on arc trainer. I was a little sore today from working out with Keith on Wednesday (and since I slept the clock around I missed my friday appointment- I won't miss it Monday!) but it's a good sore- not too much.

Today I was so much better at staying on plan- and I accomplished working out at the gym in addition to the eating! However, I'm not back up to my 60 minutes on the arc trainer, only 1.25 miles earned for today. Because of my horrid joint pain, I do need to take it slow (as per my personal trainer and my orthopedic doctor) so I don't burn my knees out again. Before I was trying to be slender last summer, I was doing an hour of cardio twice a day- too much for my knees. I had to take a complete break from working out and do not only cortisone shots, but a 5 week routine synvisc injection (replacement cartilege). I have been sporadic about my exercise since then, and now I'm trying to find a way to ramp up my exercise witout tearing up my knees. So we're going to go slow (start with 30 minutes daily) and add in 10 minutes a week until I'm at 60 minutes a day. I'm also not goign to push past 45 minutes on days I weight train with my trainer. Small steps, consistentcy...this is success.

Working nights makes it hard to stay on my program...as evidenced by my eating habits. You can definitely see how ordering out demolishes all the good work I've accomplished. I really sit and stress about this...and wish I had some ideas....I know that I need stuff to eat that doesn't interfere with work (as a nurse, I'm constantly on the go)...but I also know it's harder to eat right at one job vs the other. Something to keep striving for
