I’m weighing in today, officially. My normal day is Sunday, but this weekend is going to be busy and full of food and drinks. I’m going to keep it on lock, but I need this win of a loss. It keeps me moving forward! Counting calories!! It’s working 🥰

One full week of calorie counting. Slacked off the weekend, but didn’t lose control completely. Feeling in control still, and that’s the goal. Not just weight loss. Continue on.

Dinner with my friend tonight! Had some wine and a dessert, but still stayed in my calorie range!! 🎉 that’s a pretty great feeling.
