Deje de hacer ejercicio seguido, estuve comiendo lo que sea incluso muchas harinas, quesos y golosinas. Quiero retomar el cuidado calórico: fibra, no pan, yogurt para detener cravings, sopas y platos vegetarianos. Tengo todavía 20% de grasa. Sin ejercicio mi tdee es de 1500

Durante abril hice mucho ayuno de 16 o +24hs, yoga, ejercicio y más vegetarianismo, con promedios de 1500kcal porque empecé a comer cosas dulces, carbs and fats de nuevo (carby relapse)
