Ending my day with hope, It's been a beautiful day all day. Sunny not cold. I did eat more than I have been, But will not sweat it unless I get up in the morning and have gain more lol. Anyway I suppose it is part of the journey. I'll start my 7 day challenge and go from there. I'm encouraged. I'll keep moving...

I've reached the end of the day to get done whatever I was going to get done. I had to decide if I wanted to try a workout. or just do some house cleaning. I went with the house. But at a point started to think I should have just did the workout lol. My eating is on target. Today also ends my week and tomorrow starts it. I'm thinking that if I get up Monday morning and have not gotten back up to 155lbs then my efforts are not in vain. When I think about it. I'm good with a 5lb stable drop per month. This has not happen in a very long time. So I look forward to seeing what happens. I'll keep going...

A beautiful sunny day here today. and I'm ending my day well. Wasn't a lot going on. I actually watched more tv than normal. then messed with my music. which has been a life saver to me. My eating went well. but I just seem to have a little trouble getting that water in. I'm getting some but not really enough I don't think. So I decided to join a challenge on Monday as this seem to help me before. I will see. I'll keep moving.

I'm back. Was trying not to wait to late to get in here. Today went very well. I'm still tracking calories. not something I want to continue to do. I think it is just taking another look at the possible intake that may be over the calories that I should be eating in a day. And to make sure it is not the amount I'm eating at a given time, watching what I'm eating and why. Doing much much better with the junk so that is a plus in itself. I will try to hold this course for a while and see what happens. Doing well with the water but could do better. I also got a workout in. So I'm encouraged to continue on. I'll keep moving...
