Yippee, another 2 lbs. I am very encouraged right now. Also, my daughter has picked a date for the wedding (end of August). So now I have even more incentive to lose this darn weight. I want to look fabulous for the wedding.

Ate pretty well, lost 5 lbs, but haven't been logging on. Been extremely busy. I have to get back in the groove of loging on every day. I am happy about the 5.

Did well yesterday, stuck to the diet for the most part, did have licorice (my weakness). Went to the gym for the first time in a while, signed up to work with a trainer 3 x during the next 10 days. We shall see how that works.

Been here before, a few times. Starting again today. This time I am even more motivated. I know I can do it. I am eating great so far today and will go to the gym tonight after dinner, rather than sitting on the couch watching TV.

Ok, starting my new year's challenge to myself. I gained 7 lbs through the holidays. Today I start proving to myself that I can diet and exercise. And away I go.....
