Oh the dreaded Weight Watchers 4 week curse!! LOL! They say in the beginning a lot of the loss is water weight and at about 4 or 5 weeks your body adjusts, and instead of a loss you either gain or maintain. Naturally I gained - but just half a pound - I can totally live with it. Originally I was slightly bummed since I had added an hour of activity a day, and thought that would help, but then I realized maybe it did and that is why it's just 1/2 lb gain. It's all in the way you look at it! Here's to healthy attitudes and a good week ahead.

Three weeks in on Weight Watchers, and I'm glad I went back. Got my first "celebration" today - my 5 lb weight loss sticker! I'm down 6 lbs total. I'm finding it easier than last time with the changes they've made, and I know I'll get back to where I was 2 years ago.

Why is it I can't just be happy with me without comparing myself to others? I lost 1.8 lbs this week - my first week back on ww in 2 years. But instead of being completely satisfied, I was jealous of the new members who lost 5 lbs and more in their first week! I've got to work on my mindset. I really am happy though. Any loss is an accomplishment, as is any non-scale victory. Now to add in a little more movement, and I will truly be on my way to a healthier me.

I finally had enough and went back on weight watchers last Saturday. It worked before - I actually made lifetime- so I know it can work again, and now there are more "free" foods so I think it will be even easier. We'll see come Saturday.
