Well now. Today was cool/cold for me. lol. The weather changed. But it suppose to. With that said. I have gotten my water amount in for the day. But sadly to say nothing else. Nope not that workout. I really didn't feel like doing anything. But it is not a sign of me giving up, There is tomorrow. I'll keep moving.

I can't believe how warm is was here today, but then this evening someone told me that we may get snow? this is rare but has happened. The later it has gotten the Tempt. is dropping. Ok SOOOOOO I got my water in for the day, This was a good thing. Calories as of right now is in check, No exercise for the day, I'm looking at a workout tomorrow. I get it done that will be good. Overall it has been a great day. I'll keep moving...

Another day ending on a good not I suppose. It was another sunny day, not cold, but cool. Got my water in for the day, My Dr. appointment went really well. I had to laugh before I reacted when I got on those scales though. It said I weighed more, I didn't get on the scale before I went. But then I though. Oh yes I'm fully clothe. But even with this, It is still letting me know I'm not moving yet. I'm not losing hope. Tomorrow is another day. this thing is going to turn around and I'm going to be headed back in the right direction. I'll keep moving.

Another day ending, Another day of sunshine. Eating was as I'm making it be and did get my water in for the day. Do have time for more, Question is. Will I purposely go for it? Hummm.I don't have anything against water. Just can't really understand why it is the last thing on my list for any given day. But I'm working on it. I hope everyone else is doing wonderful with what ever their goals are. I'm still encouraged. Go to see my DR. tomorrow. Hoping all is well with that. I'll keep moving...

Another day ending. It has been one of those what and Ok's for me today. The what is. It was a beautiful sunny day. I know some of you guys are getting that snow and cold temps. So stay safe and warm. I'm about to log this weight and I don't have a change it is the same. Although I started counting my calories last Wed. I don't think I was far off than before starting it. Then I wonder if I'm eating enough. I hear different things about this. But how could this be? How do you explain it? Is it the fluid filling those fat cells after they are being emptied? I'm just really lost on some of this stuff. But it does goes to show that one size does not fit all. IJS.
The Ok is. I said that if I get up today and still have not gone back up to where I started, Or end the month with a 5lb lost. I would be good. Ok I'm good for now lol. I'm pressing on with this little knowledge for the day. I would have given up by now. But I'm not. I got a workout in and this did make me feel better. It is enough to say, I'll keep moving...
