I dunno, I am not eating horribly, but still gained weight. I am working out 2-3 times a week, very discouraging, but I know it is my own fault, I have to get a handle on this food thing.

Have been following the plan fairly well for the past week. Exercise, eating right (with a couple of sweets) really pays off. I am walking 3.5 miles at lunch now (on the non-rainy days), and I am taking vitamin D 1000 mg. plus what's in the multiple vitamine daily dose.(It's supposed to help reduce belly fat and appetite for sweets). Seems to be working, my cravings for sweets at 10:00 p.m. have decreased. Yippee!!

No Comment. Ok, maybe not. I have lost about 5 inches all totaled. My trainer says I have gained muscle and replaced fat, that i just traded the weight. Oh yeah, the 221 was a weight after a medical procedure where they had me drink a gallon of stuff that made me lose a lot of water weight. It wasn't real but it made me feel good for a few days. Anyway, back to reality. If I could only stop eating a snack at night that whacks out my entire day. Ugh:(

Didn't weigh in today, was at the hospital with my dad, had to admit him last night for pneumonia. Ate at midnight, so didn't feel like weighing in. Have been watching what I eat for the most part. I did have a little bit of an "eating" day over the weekend. Worked out at the gym 3 x last week (2 with the trainer). So, I guess I am doing okay.
