I didn't realise quite how naughty I had been these last few weeks until I took stock of myself last night and realised how much better I feel just from this last week of being back on it; I'm sleeping better, my skin is clearing up, I have more energy, my stomach is happier, I feel happier in general. And seeing this absurd loss just goes to show how much salt I must have been eating; I'd say a good 5 pounds of this loss is water weight from the salt intake. We do have a few cheat days planned for various good reasons over the next 6 weeks but one cheat day compared to a cheat week is something I'm happy to work in haha!

So my dying batteries weren't that far off after all. I was expecting to have to add a good half a stone to this so that's a wonderful start. And from today my husband will be eating healthily too which is very exciting because I've been worried about his health for a while now. If any one has any ideas for health (low cal and low fat if possible but low fat is the real sticking point for me) please let me know lol, snacks is something we both need (he works long shifts and I work multiple jobs so we can't always stick to a decent eating schedule) So, onwards and... well, downwards 😂

Weight is not accurate, the battery is going in my scales lol. That being said I have had a very naughty couple of weeks. Still have some junk food in the cupboards so we'll be getting rid of that over these next two days. Then, for the first time ever, hubby will be joining me on a healthy eating routine! So, however much weight I actually have put back on I'm pretty sure I'll shift it again seeing as I'll have support in my own home instead of just on FS. I'll be back Monday with new batteries in my scales, an accurate weight, and a weekly meal plan to hopefully keep us both on track this time.

Back in work now after a very bad week (food wise) Going to be a bad weekend with friends over from the US but going to be as good as I can be all week and then, after Sunday, it's back on it. Back to walking back and forth for my afternoon shifts too which can only help 😁

Oops. With Valentine's day this week and friends over from the US next week it's only going to go up from here. For a little while anyway. And then I can get back on it after the silliness is over.
